LAI Workforce Readiness is built for a different question: can each person show, on the record, that they think clearly with AI? Learners work one-on-one with a voice coach, are scored against published standards, are re-taught until they meet them, and earn a certificate only after solving a realistic case with a live AI. Employers get a Training Record for every person, without seeing their answers or conversations.
